Qualifications of Applying

Enterprises within three years has not entered any Incubation Center a subsidy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and meet the following conditions:

  1. Enterprise that qualified Small and Medium Enterprise standard with innovative technology or products within The Republic of China.
  2. A natural person who has specific business ideas and business plans, and is a national of the Republic of China and is over 18 years of age or has the ability to act.
  3. The people have specific entrepreneurial ideas, and he is an alumni, faculty and student of Tamkang University.

Documents

  1. Application form and consent review statement and innovation project plan (the statement should be stamped with the company and the person in charge)
  2. The company should check the tool (if the attached document is a photocopy, please stamp the company and the person in charge):
    • Copy of company registration (including change registration card)
    • Income tax settlement declaration form for profit-making business in the most recent year (must include profit and loss and tax calculation sheet, basic tax return for profit-making business income and balance sheet, etc.) and a copy of the payment receipt
    • Declaration of the Businessmen’s Sales Tax
  3. Natural persons shall submit a guarantee for the replacement of the profit-making business registration certificate (should be affixed with the person in charge's seal)
  4. Show extended to apply please be seized a breeding enterprise to cultivate final report (should be stamped with the company and responsible person)
  5. 1 copy of the application and consent review statement and 1 electronic file of the plan (E-mail to fdcx@gms.tku.edu.tw)
  6. Other:
    • The person in charge or the employee is the student's identity certificate of Tamkang faculty: graduation certificate/student ID, on-the-job/resignation certificate
    • Industry-University Cooperation/Technology Transfer Agreement, Plan or Intent signed with our school
    • Use of government resources, award records, patents or honors
    • Recommendation letter from the unit, referral form for various government plans

Censorship

It is handled in accordance with the "Incubation Center's Measures for the Entry, Extension, Graduation and Relocation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", and the focus of the review can be referred to the "Application (Extension) Entry Enterprise Plan Review Form".

  1. Please go to the briefing place 10 minutes in advance to complete the sign-in matters, if you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have waived your qualifications.
  2. Matters related to entering the review meeting are based on the principle of fairness, and the number of persons participating in the briefing is limited to 3.
  3. For the plan review meeting, the manufacturer can give a 10-minute briefing. Please make good use of it to explain the "plan focus" and other related matters. If you provide additional written information, please prepare 5 copies with double-sided printing.
  4. A single-shot projector and computer are available on site. Please submit the presentation file before 12:00 noon three days before the review. If you need programs other than Microsoft Power Point, please bring your own laptop.
  5. The briefing time is 10 minutes. After the manufacturer's briefing, the review committee will ask questions, in principle, 15 minutes. The total review time for each case is 25 minutes.
  6. In order to avoid interference during the meeting, please do not take photos, photography or recording, and please mute or shut down your mobile phone.
  7. In response to the policy of refusal to use disposable tableware, participants are requested to bring their own tea sets and tableware.
